Shirley and Collen present us a warm welcome, we enjoyed in chill afternoon and amazing moment at the lounge. Free flow or wine and drinks. Delightful on the mini buffet and everything looks tidy and clean. All good.

Good view with excellent service , music sound great and all the food were delicious, recommend to everyone who want to relax in this place. The bar is good, some special items can be ordered, people here are friendly too.

We were late arriving at the lounge and chef Edison and 阿偉 were very accommodating by arranging us steaks and fish & chips . And with our request, they prepared us fresh fruit platter after too. Salute to the Accor EL team. Cheers.

This is my second time stay at this hotel. My wife and I stayed for 3 nights as accor platinum member during 11-14 aug 23. we got a good experience when stay here. The location is in guangzhou centre easy to go to other place. the room was upgraded to luxury room. it is big clean and tidy. we are also offered late checkout at 16.00 which was great (due to my departure flight was at 19.00). Breakfast was superb. The best in guangzhou hotel so far. Lot of varities and good quality. we also have excellent service from staff. Especially Lounge staff Ms. Cellen and her team. She provided the best service for us and offer the late checkout at 16.00. Recommend for others who want great location large room and superb service. We will come back again in december 2023 Minor recommend: some staff cannot speak english.
